victoriansword:Indian Tulwar and Afghan Khyber Knife, 19th Century An 18th or 19th century Indian tulwar, robust hilt and blade of double-fullered European form, 68cm long. Together with an Afghan Khyber knife of typical form, but with faulty hilt, the t-section blade being 60cm long. A nice side-by-side comparison of the two sword types. Tulwars had a quite a range on blade types, but still a nice representative example of a tulwar and a typical blade width. -- source link
