This would make the girl happy. Well, I say happy, as I so often do, when I should more strictly say terrified/excited/overwhelmed. She has a thing for racks. I’ve read that they were one of the most sophisticated torture devices, able to deliver a whole range of pain that could be very precisely controlled.
