wants2fist: In late April someone pregnant asked if it was safe stretching. Well my wife and I commenced perineal massage during her pregnancy and as a result she became fistable. We began the perineal massage at around 4 months and by seven months I first got my whole hand in. We continued stretching (and fisting) up until 8 ½ months. She delivered a 10lb baby vaginally with NO tearing and my wife is 48kgs and a a scrawny thing. So, to answer your fans question - yes you can stretch and do a hell of a lot more while pregnant.
