This excerpt is just the tip of the iceberg - about half the book focuses on the Jewish tradition of righteous rebellion in the face of those who would destroy us, in a discussion over Shabbat dinner, with actual prayers in Hebrew on the page! And the other half is queer women discussing abuse and escaping abusers! It’s…it’s so good.
