It’s a start, but a slow start…. this isn’t soon enough.I hope by 2020 EVERYONE in Flint Michigan gets free clean water for about 3-4 years. This town has been through enough, the least they deserve is the free water they didn’t have access to for all these years….Arent the residents still being forced to pay for dirty water? :(Yes, unfortunately they have to pay full price for their toxic water as of February… they were given discounts on their water bills until then, but the government decided they have to pay full price again (https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.washingtonpost.com/amphtml/news/energy-environment/wp/2017/02/28/flint-residents-must-start-paying-for-water-they-still-cant-drink-without-a-filter/)They’ll need some form of compensation for the multitude of illnesses caused by lead poisoning -- source link
