(and even sleeping!) for example, you can connect it to your Fitbit or Apple health app and it counts how many steps you have, and you receive points for it. you can build up points and eventually get money from it. it’s basically motivating you to get up and walk around and do something, and get a good amount of rest at night. this is amazing especially since it’s great to get some extra money, so why not? with a quick google search, you can read some articles about it if you’re a little unsure. but all you have to do to get started is sign up on their website with just your email. once you confirm your email, you already get 300 points just for signing up!! my cousin told me about this a few months ago and it’s amazing!! just to let everyone know, you also can get points by posting healthy food or your workout progress on social media i know everyone is probably thinking about how lazy they are to work out but think about it… who doesn’t want extra money by taking more steps each day? If my math is correct they walked 72.7 million steps to get $10 if the workout they did was just walking ^ the app lets you redeem $10 at a time i think. they didn’t walk that many steps for only $10. they must’ve saved up their points. i was confused too but then i googled and it tells you how many steps you need for a certain amount of money -- source link
