Hanuram Design Sketchbook #2 - CROWNLESS The sixth of the seven heirs of Borm-Wenner, an infant Zua watched in horror the killing of her family and the fall of her House at the hands of usurpers formerly within its ranks. Zua’s fate took a different turn though, when, desperate to flee from the hands of the attackers, she saw herself cornered into a high wall. With no way out, Zua prayed to Saffia, the Giver of Fortune, like her mother had taught her, and lept. The last of the Borm children was believed to have joined the rest of the family in Death, but a few accounts swear to have seen a winged creature take flight moments after the leap from the wall. That horrific night turned into a grim memory, and the legend of the Crownless Child’s Leap became a tale only told quietly among cautious family circles. But the child wasn’t dead. And now, years later, the last of the Brom-Wenner heirs wants her revenge.
