talesfromweirdland:“Mr. Excitement” Jackie Wilson’s 1957 song “Reet Petite” was re-released in 1986 with a claymation video, topping the charts three years after Wilson had died. I loved it then (and still do), but looking at it now, you kind of have to laugh at how amateurish it looks. What survives though is its spirit, and inventiveness, and of course the quality of the song and the singing. -- source link
