An early version of kleiner, with the model simply named cohrt.mdl after kleiners face texture reference model ted cohrt. The textures on his legs and shoes appear to be bugged, and the back of his head has an error as well. The model uses an older version of the half life 2 mdl format making it unable to be opened, however the model can still be viewed via custom model viewers.Eventually the head of the model went reused for a hostage in counter strike source, with the texture fixed. -- source link
