H.R. Giger was born on this day in 1940. The visionary artist gave us Alien, album covers for Debbie Herry and ELP, and, in a general way, the entire aesthetic of dark cyberpunk surrealism. These are photos from Giger’s collaboration with Harry @blondieofficial and Chris Stein @christein which resulted in an album cover (Koo Koo), music videos, and of course a Heavy Metal cover feature. .
