Paradise by BTS @bts.bighitofficial We have to run, we have to step on the accelerator / when the flare gun launches a signal / You don’t even have a destination, / and there’s not even a scenery / When you are so out of breath, / You need to you need to / It’s okay to pause / There’s no need to run without knowing the reason / It’s okay not to have a dream / as long as there are your moments to briefly feel happiness / It’s okay to pause / We now don’t run without knowing the purpose / It’s okay not to have a dream / Every breath you exhale is already in the paradise If you’ve been paying attention to social media, you’ve probably noticed the headlines recently with kpop stans making waves with activism, donations and mobilizing their power on social media. And it’s no wonder the global phenomenon that is BTS have inspired a following of passionate fans who care about social justice and equality when they themselves are an inspired voice for the youth of the world. If you dig beyond the surface preconceived notions you might have you’ll find they aren’t just another pop boyband. Their music spans genres and their messages run deep speaking to the struggles of millennials and gen z alike. I was so excited to get to tickets to see them in Chicago this summer but unfortunately COVID turned the world upside down. So while I may be a bit sad their tour might be indefinitely postponed, I’m still so thankful that these boys music have brought so much joy and healing to my life this last year. I know it will be worth the wait when I do get to see them live finally. #btsarmy https://www.instagram.com/p/CCoaLQolF3B/?igshid=1anm9mtlqw0y -- source link
