The Evermore Grimoire: BeingsThe Scarlet Witch is a mythical being capable of spontaneous creation through the power of chaos magic. She has no need for a coven or the need to cast spells and her power exceeds that of the Sorcerer Supreme. The origins of the Scarlet Witch’s power actually comes from the Elder God of Chaos named Chthon who wrote a powerful spell book called the Darkhold (also known as the Book of the Damned) in which he dedicated whole a whole chapter on the prophesied Scarlet Witch. In ancient times Chthon constructed a temple atop Wundagore Mountain on Earth. There, Chthon scribed the first Darkhold into its unholy walls.
