This two part set is going to be a doozy y'all, so buckle up! I know I’ve told you before about the Physical Fitness tests in PE that we had while I was growing up. It isn’t exactly a secret that I absolutely hate exercising, but I’ve always just dreaded it from the get go.The physical fitness tests were some of my least favorite parts of school - so it’s only natural that I redo them for you! Haha.In all seriousness though - I know yall love exercise sets and I thought this would be a ‘fun’ throwback to growing up fat. To make sure I was 'ready’ for this, I decided it would be a good idea to do some pre test stretches. It actually ended up being a very fat & lazy version of yoga, in my opinion, so I hope you enjoy that! This is one of my favorite set in terms of showing off how enormous I’ve gotten from all different angles and positions - standing, sitting, bent over, bending back, on my knees - soooo much hanging pudge in these photos. Not to mention the ones of me struggling to do push ups and sit ups - which takes us into the video for this!I love this video because of just how damn round and huge my belly, arms, and legs look throughout this. Look at how much my arms and belly hang when I’m in push-up position! Or how much my belly gets in the way when I’m trying to do sit-ups.I don’t believe I’ve ever done anything that is so telling in terms of how much more out of shape I am now vs. when I was younger. This was the first time I had actually done any kind of test that I had done when I was smaller that I could measure my 'stats’ against! Suffice to say I think I would fail PE if I were in it now. Stay tuned for the second part of this set where I try out the 25M dash (i.e. the first time I have tried to sprint in at least 10+ years)!http://www.beccabae.com/http://www.bigcuties.com/blog/GIF: https://imgflip.com/gif/2kh6aw -- source link
