That feeling after a successful meditation… it’s sort of like your problems are detached from you and you’re able to feel calm, but still recognise that they’re there. . I always thought meditation was impossible. I’ve tried before and found it to be more frustrating than calming. But I’ve been using the headspace app recently, and that feeling of calm at the end of each session is the most relaxed I am every day. I’m looking forward to using these practices more and more in my day to day. And learning different ways to manage my anxiety. It can be hard the get in the right headspace sometimes, but it’s so rewarding when you do :) -- source link
