ramonperez:HIT NOTIFY AT BIT.LY/KUKUBURI / LAUNCHING MAY 24th @ 11AM EDT on @KICKSTARTER! My second webcomic @KUKUBURI, an online graphic novel began in 2007 and was updated weekly till 2011. After which it ran in fits and starts as my career took off in various directions. The last short spurt of updates occurred in January 2020 - just before the world broke. It’s long been a project near and dear to my heart - but one I’ve come to realize is too difficult for me to update regularly on the web. Each page takes far too much time to complete, time which I don’t have on a weekly basis. After a decade of working with some of the best writers on some of the best characters the comic industry has to offer - I’m returning home to my roots. I’ve realized I’m the happiest when I’m creating and sharing my own stories. In turn, I’m re-prioritizing myself and my life to return to my roots of self-publishing. My first initiative was building a house to publish under; @RAIDPRESS. Now it’s time to bring KUKUBURI volume 1, of what will be a series of 4-6 volumes, to its new home and to YOU.
