adhighdefinition:thegestianpoet:annnmoody:dietcokeinacanonly:adhighdefinition:(x)Reading this made me feel so calm. Just knowing that other people experience it like that tooIf I have experienced literally every single one of these things does that mean I have adhd^ not really, a lot of these have to do with the lack of executive function that plagues a lot of people for various reasons in our digital age. and I swear I’m not even trying to sound like an edgelord lol i’m pretty sure that just the sheer amount of stimulation our brains every day get can make anyone feel overwhelmed. also I’m confused as to why physical stimming is on this chart? that’s def. not a universal adhd thing….it always gives me pause when the first result on a search for “adhd+symptom” is that fucking ‘actually adhd’ tumblr page. i mean these are all things a person with adhd could do and is a funny relatable graphic but they’re def. vague enough to have multiple causes i didn’t make this picture but it’s clearly only intended for fun purpose. it’s not meant as an assessment tool. it’s just a fun way for people with adhd to interact.as for the physical stim, i’ve adhd and have done it my whole life and through my blog i’ve noticed that it applies for a lot of other people, too. and as always (or usually) with my posts, none of this is meant as a universal adhd thing. it just happens that every box here really is a nice lil meme of what a day with adhd looks like for a lot of people who have the diagnosis. -- source link
