This morning a team consisting of members of Fredericton Police, By-Law Enforcement, Recreation Officers, Fire prevention Officers and UNB Security, worked together, to place safety information, relevant to crime and fire prevention, in mailboxes on the college hill area. This program, with both a rubbish disposal and prevention aspect, has been in place for three years and has helped reduce instances of fires in that area. -- source link
