2021 Review - As I write this I felt like the year went by like a blur. From what I can remember from the beginning of the year I was excited for the release of all the NISEI Netrunner cards that I worked on throughout August - December of 2020. It was really fun to work on and I never wanted it to stop. Thankfully there was an opportunity during the lockdown while I was out of work to produce new alt arts for the community and that was really exciting. I won an Award and worked with Escape Motions which really gave me a creative boost. As well as create some new artwork in collaboration with Huion Tablets. I’ve created inspiring commissions with talented artists not in my field. I made some NFT’s and a Kofi account. I became more frequently vocal on Discord. I revived my Deviant Art. I joined friends in creating a small visual novel game. And help establish a manga section at the place I work at.This does not go without saying that there were many quieter lockdown days where there was nothing happening, and some work days felt like it was on repeat. I have to urge myself to try something just slightly different so I don’t get in a sad headspace. And that i’m grateful to all of you for sticking with me through all of it. I really am going to go for it in 2022 as best I can and, what that will be I don’t know. But I hope you’ll all still admire and feel inspiration from my works. And I hope to grow in beautiful and unexpected ways. Remember to be kind and humble and continue to send comments, likes, shares and follows. Because I really like seeing them. Don’t forget to backup your files. <3 Scott Uminga For my full collection: https://www.artstation.com/scottumingahttps://www.instagram.com/scott_uminga/https://www.deviantart.com/scottuminga -- source link
