This obscure cartoon from Taiwan was released in 2000. It’s a little slow, but it has a creepy-cute vibe that’s totally worth your time. This story of a boy and his grandmother, a Taoist priest(ess) who protects the world from evil ghosts, is totally in line with Spirit Magic Kung Fu movies especially the likes of Mr. Vampire and A Chinese Ghost Story.
