markruffalo: hitrecordjoe: The National Parks have been called “America’s Best Idea.” (And, if you haven’t seen it yet, check out Ken Burns’ incredible documentary on the Parks - it’s on Netflix). I really love the story behind the National Park Service and I’m extremely honored that the hitRECord community has been invited to create art to mark their 100th anniversary.BE A PART OF ITSince 1916 they’ve been preserving land & monuments throughout the U.S. - places like Yosemite National Park (where I’ve spent a bunch of time camping w/ my family), the Statue of Liberty, Mount Rushmore and many more. Without the National Park Service these places probably wouldn’t have been reserved for all of us to enjoy.Thanks again <3JThis is already looking really neat.
