animenostalgia:News! - It was announced at San Diego Comic-Con that Doraemon, Japan’s iconic robot cat from the future, will be available in English once again! You may remember that some time ago, Shougakukan released several Bilingual volumes of the Doraemon manga for English-reading manga fans. Sadly, these are now out of print. But starting in Fall of 2013, Voyager Japan and AltJapan are teaming up with F. Fujio Productions to release Doraemon in English (and in full color!) for Amazon Kindle, and eventually other eReaders. After the start of the English release, they will also be working on Spanish versions, as well as other languages to follow.
