Welcome to Crush! We provide workout guides that can be done at home, on the go, or in the gym! Most guides are 60-day programs, and any one of our guides are suitable for any fitness level, including beginners! It’ll depend on what your goals are to determine which one you’d like to start with :)GO! - a 60-day program that only requires you and a resistance band (provided with guide if needed). The workouts are circuit style and can be done anywhere in 30min or less. This is a great program for beginners to start getting active and working out, it’s great to tack on to the end of weight lifting sessions as cardio, or to use when on the go or at home when you don’t have access to a gym.Crush60 At Home - can also be done at home or in any gym because all you need is a piece of cardio equipment and something to lift (i.e., dumbbells). The workouts are little longer than GO!, about 45min and is a combination of resistance and circuit style training. The workouts are fast-paced with cardio, body weight and weighted exercises that will help you build and tone your muscles but also be working up a sweat the whole time to help you lose weight and increase your cardiovascular endurance.Crush60 - this program can only be done at the gym - you’ll need cardio equipment, dumbbells, barbells, squat rack, and basic machines. This program will take you through 3-phases that will help you build muscle and strength and decrease overall body fat. Make sure to checkout the Complete Package as well, which includes the nutrition guide! Nutrition is a huge component to reaching your fitness goals of building muscle and losing weight, and the program helps you with this by providing macros specific to you and it self-adjusts for each phase of the program.Booty Bootcamp - this program also can only be done at the gym. It’s very similar to Crush60 except it has a lot more emphasis on the lower body - building the legs and booty! Again, this will help you build muscle and strength and decrease overall body fat.But, we’re more than fitness. We have a supportive community that we couldn’t be more proud of.
