I decided to do it since working out can usually help my cramps, and I made it through all of it (except the last two rounds when repeating the second circuit). My face is pure confusion at how I could get this sweaty in 23 minutes I went in the pool immediately after, and as soon as I did there was a random downpour that didn’t even show up on the weather radar. Typical Chicago. I was too tired to move so I just laid on the raft and let the rain pelt me til it passed Now time to eat lunch and pass out! First, check out your arms!! DANGSecond, it’s crazy how when you start the first circuit of any workout in GO! you’re like “okay, I got this, this won’t be too bad, just a couple more circuits to go” but then halfway through the second circuit you’re thinking “wth is happening, this is so hard, omg how much longer is left of this exercise” and then by the third circuit you’re not even thinking, you’re just trying to finish.But so glad you’re liking GO! so far!
