Here’s a little something, done for fun. Plus process gif, because it’s been ages since I posted one. I hope it doesn’t bicker too much, let me know if it bothers you.Tumblr’s preview is really low quality, so click on the image for a better look.Brief description of the process under the cut, because this post is long enough as it is.So I was doodling some black and white landscapes and when I got the one that’s the first frame in the GIF, I thought “omg, this totally looks like alien ship landing”(the bright vertical bits). So you can see that the idea is there, throughout the whole process. The only things that changed were composition and colours. And that little final twist with the house, but that was just pushing the idea a bit further. At first I wanted to draw a cow, but then I was like “I have no idea how to draw a cow”, so house it is ;) -- source link
