Vitrine de Bonbons, Fauchon, Place de la Madeleine, Paris, 2017.I was rather disappointed by the November window displays at what was once arguably the world’s fanciest food emporium. On display in this window are two kinds of candy from Provence, almond and hazelnut studded Nougat de Montelimar and Callisons d’Aix (diamond shaped boxes).
