Mammillaria parkinsoniiMammillaria is a large genus (one of the largest in the whole Cactus Family), and many of the species are found in Mexico. This is true of Mammillaria parkinsonii, which occurs in the east-central part of the country. Its heads divide as it grows, making a many-headed clump in time.
