Not a Short-Term Thing. Long ago, people would get up early for community exercise at camps. Alcohol and smoking were forbidden. Even “junk food” was looked down on, and some even went as far to give up coffee and tea. Fortunately things have greatly loosen up. Many nudists and naturists still hold to the healthy body mindset. However, the focus has changed from what we eat to how we see ourselves. Instead of restricting what we take in, we appreciate how we feel and who we are around. Personal and social nudity are also much more than some fad or one-time thing. Once people experience being nude in a safe and secure place, they are usually hooked for life. How amazing is it to not have to worry about looking a certain way and just be? Naturism isn’t something you’ll see advertised on television. There won’t be infomercials about the amazing body results simply taking our clothes off can produce. No endorsements by big names spouting how nudism got their lives back on track or pointed in the right direction. All we need to do is take off our clothes for ourselves to know what it’s all about. It’s free, it’s lasting, it’s life. No diet or fad even comes close to the benefits of nudism and naturism. Are you ready? Text by Made in the Nude.
