Explanation below…⚠️TOA Spoilers Ahead⚠️ For Nico I gave him a lot of nods to the Underworld with ghosts, skulls, a pomegranate, the symbol for Pluto/Hades, a statue of an angel in a graveyard, a tarot card for death, and the quote “the dark is afraid of me”. I also added lightning to his arm as a way to remember Jason and bones on his hands and arms. There’s angel wings, as his namesake, “Argo II”, green hellfire, and his lifeline around his wrist. He also has a moon to mirror his boyfriend’s sun tattoo, a bow and his family’s initials (Maria, Bianca, and Hazel), and silver arrows piercing mythomagic cards. I’m so proud of how this piece turned out and I hope you guys like him too!A small clarification: I wanted to make it very clear that these characters are old enough to get tattoos in this AU I’ve created, & therefor are older than they are written in the books. I show more skin in order to show all the tattoos, and if anyone is thinking anything else unseemly or inappropriate is going on, please keep it to yourself.
