Milo Manheim has been cast in the recurring role of “Nico” in the second season of “Doogie Kamealoha, MD.” The series stars Peyton Elizabeth Lee, and the two actors recently filmed a movie for Disney+, “Prom Pact,” which will air later this year. Milo also stars as Zed in “Zombies 3,” premiering on Disney+ July 15, and Disney Channel on Aug. 12.The “Doogie” cast recently returned to Oahu, Hawaii, to film the second season.
