Can you believe this orchid hasn’t been watered since December 1, 2018? (Today is 2/26/19)⠀ °°°⠀ Many orchids grow in locations which experience extreme seasonal dryness In fact, there are many thousands of orchids which inhabit areas that experience tropical monsoonal climates which can go many weeks without any rainfall. A great example of this are the Himalayas and it’s plant rich mountains and valleys.
