Steve Trevor—he’s a little bit jaded, a little bit charming, and madly in love with this woman. I’m certainly not the lead of the film and I don’t have a problem with that. Although I have to say, there were certain times we were on the beach doing this big fight sequence, and I didn’t have much to do, and I remember going up to Patty [Jenkins, the director] and saying, “Shouldn’t I be hitting someone—or at least getting hit—instead of just running and hiding behind boulders?” The male ego is strong and definitely still present. -- source link
