thelifeoflorna:~27/5/2022~ Sleep was better last night, but MCAS is rearing its ugly head unfortunately :( I also seem to have a sore elbow - which up until now was my least affected joint :/ In the morning I attempted to use what little brain space I had to formulate a plan for work next week. When H came, we had a big clear out of my medication cabinet and took a load to dispose of at the pharmacy - felt like a criminal with the amount I had! Pharmacy didn’t have all the new meds I needed yet as dr only sent it through yesterday, so decided to wait til Monday when I can collect it all in one go :) Went to sains local to get H some lunch, as it was supplement drink lunch for me back at home. Then we went to Standen to go in the house. Luckily the house was super cool as I was feeling very potsie. H has wanted to visit the house for ages, and was in super hyper, touching everything mode, but didn’t feel too irritated by it - maybe I felt too ill and brain fogged to care! Found a lovely shady bench in the grounds to rest and watch the world go bt for a bit. Late afternoon since I got home, had huge Friday freak out/meltdown/sudden extreme anxiety, which I think was a combo of intense week and histamine dump as my skin, particularly my face is itching beyond belief. Have managed some dinner, but god knows what’s going to happen to that.
