In Stiles’ mind, proposal is screaming loud and clear as he keeps thoughts himself as he keeps guessing out what’s there to talk about. Derek only took out the box and only to reveal the key of his precious jeep, Roscoe, which Derek happened to repair it . Can’t say he was disappointed. When he pulls the key, there reveal a ring underneath it.
