Juli is roughly inspired by Juli Kidman from The Evil Within and Hordak is inspired by Hordak from She-Ra. I’m not super familiar with The Evil Within or She-Ra but it was a fun challenge to make these hairs and I hope fans and non-fans alike will enjoy them! Thank you @foamimi for the ideas!
