Here’s an example of one of our arc intros Grab a physical copy in one of our merch bundles or as a PDF ️ Embark Zine Content Breakdown:We’ve got a mix of art and writing, around 70% art and 30% writing. We hope this breakdown helps as a guide, but it’s not entirely accurate because almost all pages include a mix of both! We aimed to have a good mesh of content throughout the zine.️ Art content: comics, what’s in my bag, full illustrations (single/double page), arc introductions, travel tip pages and polaroids. We have art which is character centric (groups/solos/duos) and landscape centric, as well as a mix of both together, of course! Writing content: Full fanfics, ficlets, arc introductions and recipes. We aimed to cover a wide range of character voices throughout the zine in various locations. The full fanfics focused on group dynamics whereas the ficlets were fun bits of travel-related writing such as Gon and Killua’s Greed Island notes Full fanfic example; The main four revisit Whale Island together. Ficlet example; Killua and Gon write letters to each other while they’re apart ;; We have accommodating art for the ficlets, arc intros and recipes which were created by several artists.Please note that the zine is not 100% finalised for formatting so it could change slightly for the final version.
