I have been trying to appreciate myself in different positions lately. It’s easy to love my body when it’s upright, but not so much when I’m sitting. My belly rolls up, my thighs spread out, and it makes me tend to cover up. I was playing around with my old rocking chair as a prop, and completely fell in love with this photo. It makes me feel soft and light. It’s definitely a step in the right direction on my journey to self acceptance. Hope all is well with you, dear.
