“Winning the day starts with your mindset.” // What a difference 8 weeks of dedication can make?! This past weekend I celebrated some major fitness wins: 90 min run + walk. 2025 yd lap swim (80 laps). High output in a 30 min spin class. My longest distances and highest outputs in over a year happened in the span of 8 short weeks I started out by doing just 20 mins of each activity but everyday I would wake up eager to get better and here we are today I’ve also lost more than 16lbs in the process Now that I’ve got my endurance up, I’m starting to eye a couple of late Summer/ Early Fall races. It’ll involve me doing some open water swims, group rides and runs. It’s time to train baby! ♀️ ♀️ Today’s workout: 35 min trail run 5 mins core work 10 mins mobility // Who’s training for races?
