It’s an effort. // 75 min run + walk done on my favorite trails todayThis is my longest distance in a very long timeAnd…I could’ve gone longer All the cross training and using the run+ walk method has been paying off big time! What’s crazy is prior to becoming pregnant and having kids I didn’t use this method a lot. I guess I felt like it was something for beginners but I was totally wrong. It’s a method that can be useful for everyone especially when you’re trying to build endurance. Ultra runners use it all the time. Super proud of myself for getting it done today especially on one my favorite trails that I haven’t been on in over a year. I love it here How’s your day going?
