Mod can be found here This hair mod is weighted so the strands on the back of the neck and laying over the shoulders do not move, meaning less clipping issues. Also as you can see on first image the strands on the shoulder don’t move when he turns his head. However some of the bigger armours will still hide these parts of the hair. -- source link
