one year ago I was stuck in bed with severe lyme disease symptoms after an insect bite. even in the beginning of that chapter i felt deep down that this would be an initiation, i chose to perceive it as a gift - still allowing for fear and despair to be present - but not allowing my mind to create a victim story. looking back it was truly one of the greatest gifts, as it allowed for a deep internal process, for proper integration after several plant medicine retreats as exhaustion, pain and brain fog forced me to rest. it offered the opportunity to review and update my beliefs around health / boundaries / self care… and i experienced another level of awakening as i detached from certain roles and touched nothingness. WHO ARE YOU WHEN YOU CAN‘T SERVE? can’t work, can’t give? what is left when all you do is rest? can you love yourself in great physical discomfort, complete non productivity and physical changes? can you allow the structures to collapse to untether and feel and release? can you honor your truth even when everyone tells you it’s the wrong path? it was another call to surrender which i resisted for a while - but the more i gave in, the more i allowed myself to dive deep into myself, the more magic was enabled… ✨ there is so much power in choosing a higher perspective on anything that comes your way. i choose to not perceive anything as „an enemy“, i choose to perceive myself as a powerful divine being incarnated into human form, i choose to perceive my vessel as a manifestation of my soul, physical dis-ease as an outer reflection of inner blockages and any symptoms as messages from this highly intelligent super computer. instead of trying to find solutions with the mind i reconnected to my intuition to guide the way. any health issues can birth the healer in you. any challenge can guide you back to your place of power. any obstacle can allow you to reconsider your path and move with greater alignment. any crisis can be the greatest catalyst ⚡️ https://www.instagram.com/p/CCvKCnKI3xo/?igshid=1pj850wufkpwj -- source link
