Speaking of records I’ve been waiting for… I started listening to @theorionexperience last year at @mystic.micron ‘s recommendation. Incredible dance pop rock, think Mother Mother meets Of Montreal. I looked at the time and saw that in 15 years, Cosmicandy had never been pressed on vinyl. I checked back a few months later (because I was still obsessed), and saw a 2021 test pressing listed on Discogs… I figured a release was imminent. At the beginning of this year they finally announced it and I preordered it on the first day—look at that cosmic swirl! Happy to have this incredible band and album on my shelf at last.
