Kasy, Lorehold BattlemageThe daughter of Belric and Vesta, Kasy spent much of her early life learning to forage and hunt alongside her mother and father. One night, Kasy was kidnapped by a cabal of vampires, to be used as bait in an attempt to steal her parents’ planeswalker sparks. Belric rampaged through the cabal’s halls, but when faced with their leader’s claws around Kasy’s throat he ultimately surrendered in exchange for her life. Seeing her father nearly beaten to death, Kasy, and all others present discovered that she, by sheer cosmic coincidence had a spark of her own, and vanished. Appearing on Eldraine some time later, Kasy befriended the djinn planeswalker Buzuga, inadvertently becoming his new master. Wishing to save her father from certain doom, the pair returned to Innistrad to find Belric alive, having gained a sudden surge of energy due to the wish. Reuniting with her family, Kasy resolved to be able to better protect herself and loved ones, and when she came of age, began her enrollment at Strixhaven. -- source link
