tangledratio:Velen Antares and I are happy to announce the opening of doors for our inn and tea house, The Barking Crow, as an open RP location for any and all who wish to bring their patronage! Enjoy the exotic pleasantries of the East right in the comfort of La Noscea. Visit for some evening tea or spirits, lounge in our downstairs smoking room and bath house, and retire for the evening in one of our many rooms available for rent. We are also incredibly fortunate to say that we can provide service to both Balmung and Mateus. No matter where you might call your RP home, we hope you feel welcome within our doors to hold RP events, meet other RPers, or just chill and people watch.
