A strange year, in which I went through several difficult bouts of artist’s block… yet here is evidence that I managed to achieve a lot in spite of the hard times. I am proud of that, and how much I’ve learned. That said, I think it’s key to remember that it’s normal not to create consistently. This summary doesn’t truly reflect all the time and effort spent, the struggles, the scrapped work, the doubts and fears. Some pieces take no time at all, others remain in progress for months. I don’t know what the next year will hold except for more of the same unpredictability of being an artist, but I will keep going… and thank you all for helping me along on that journey. -- source link
