Yesterday I did 2 walks! One on the treadmill, which, for some reason, was HARD. I was sweating and my heart rate was up from what was supposedly 2.5 mph. I think it might be stuck on a bit of an incline or something, I don’t know. But it definitely gave me a workout in only 15 minutes. Then I took another walk to the store, the long way again, which got me another 15 minutes which closed my exercise ring on my watch! yes! Today I’m finally taking the next steps with paying off debt! My bank finally connected to my fidelity account, so I was able to transfer my stock money over to my bank, it should show up in the next day or 2. I was also able to get my balance transfer started to my new credit card. That’ll take 7-10 business days to go through, so it’ll be a bit, but hopefully it all works so I can get that lower APR. My weight was down today! I’m only 1.8 pounds away from my goal that I made LAST October, as in a year ago in October. I’m optimistic that I can keep it going and hit more goals soon! So overall I’m feeling pretty optimistic today, still a little sad over the breakup, last night was hard, I missed watching a show with him at night, but I keep telling myself it’s for the best. Today’s plan is to get at least one walk in. Clean my room, do some laundry and put my clothes away (which is a constant struggle for me) and just be productive. -- source link
