that-shit-i-like: Download this app! It’s called stigma and its a free mood journal and tracker. You write journal entries using key words about how you’re feeling and why, and then a word cloud is generated so that you can see what keywords you tend to use together. This way if I click on anxiety, a few words that describe my triggers will appear. It’s helpful to recognize what triggers certain moods, especially if you have an anxiety or mood disorder. Also there is a line graph that shows the ups and downs in your moods over time. You can set notifications so that you are reminded to log your feelings whenever it’s convenient for you. I just downloaded this app and started using it and I have to say it’s been really nice to track my moods and journal in short bursts. It’s a great resource for mental health and reaching out to those with like-minds. -- source link
