I don’t talk much about fic on this blog, so here’s an opportunity! Explanations below the cut. I wasn’t tagged by anyone (don’t even remember where I found this, honestly) and I’m happy to tag anybody who wants to do it ^__^Had a livejournal when it was big, though I didn’t post fic there then. More recently posted fic on livejournal as a throwback. Have an AO3 account (in addition to past fandom accounts). Have written erotic fan & original fiction. I roleplayed original fiction OCs once, which I don’t think counts, particularly as I don’t think I’d ever roleplay again…? I’m sure I have beta read something fanficcy, but can’t recall just now. Never used betas for fic. All my fics are self-indulgent to some extent. Have keysmashed in comments. Leave kudos on every fic I enjoy. Sucker for (specifically domestic) fluff for specific pairings. Have written for f/f and m/m pairings because I’m not a deranged person. Fanfiction is not a “genre” because it has its own genres (fanfiction can be sci-fi, realistic fiction, etc.); rather, it’s a distinct literary category with important questions to be asked about publishing structures, copyright, and gender differences in art. Multifandom. Enjoy researching when it comes to finding specific lines to reference. Outline anything longer than five pages. Post writing largely for the feedback. Once received art from a stranger based on a fic I wrote. Still working on the TLT fics. Reformatting on Wattpad was hell, and reformatting on AO3 is hell. Get most of my ideas lying in bed before I fall asleep. Don’t drink. Don’t need tea, but I prefer to have a matcha iced latte nearby as a treat. Everything I’ve written in smaller fandoms needs more attention. Am a pro writer!Feel free to ask me anything about the above, though I don’t link this account with any of my past fanworks.
