zelamish: Urban circus photoshoot! My friend Lara Evensen, who’s a madly talented photographer, made all this fantastic art on a cloudy Portland day in a nearby park with me and our friend Kathleen. We balanced precariously on a floating dock and stumbled on a construction site with that crazy rebar ladder (which was roughly 30’ up) and generally had a blast. I’m particularly in love with these shots because I’m framed against Portland itself, which has given me so many circus opportunities and such an incredible community to be a part of. I’m coming up on my third anniversary of calling this town home and I’m so grateful for what I’ve found here.
