avoiding-claws:ley-med: vetisntdead: ley-med: vetisntdead: avoiding-claws: ley-med: memecage: it’s the eye of the tiger I really, really tried to scroll past thisBut is that a sat probe on it’s tongue It’s the best place for it! @ley-med where do you put the probe? We put it on people’s earlobes if their fingers don’t work, and foolishly I assumed that’s where you would put it on a tiger too or whateverI can see the logic but still it just looks strange? (Also kinda cute) We can use ears on white animals but usually the hair is in the way. I’ve put it on a dogs vulva before as well …the anesthesia assistant would literally killed me if I tried that move Attaching it to their lip/gum of their muzzle is usually pretty good too but tongue deffo works the best I’ve found!(Also yeah, absolutely have used the end of a prepuce before when all else failed but not ideal and just a bit gross lmao) We also have a rectal pulse ox probe we use during dentals or other oral surgery if the other locations discussed above don’t work. -- source link
