There is an additional five dollar charge for accessories, but if the character’s hair is barely showing it will be the same 15 dollars. Small and uncomplicated things like cigarettes/small clips aren’t charged extra either. Things like a bridal comb/regalia will be charged extra. I will do Canon/OCs I specialize in fantasy/scifi! I /can/ do anthropomorphic characters and can provide examples, but its not a specialty yet.
